Whispering Pines was purchased recently by Professional Realty and Development Corporation of Middleton, Wisconsin. Professional Realty and Development Corporation (PRDC) purchased the property intent on converting it to condominiums from apartments. PRDC felt this would provide residents with the opportunity to benefit from home ownership.
